Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions by email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately at floatrod.info@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging.
Certain items may also be non-returnable, including custom products, personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
